Your health and safety are our utmost priority. MCI Australia is closely following advice and guidance in response to Covid outbreak issued by the Australian Government. We are incorporating protective measures in the planning and execution of all events and will be working closely with venues to ensure all health and safety measures are in place.

We remain committed to LIVE EVENTS, and to bringing you an engaging and interactive experience.
To ensure the value of your investment in our events, we are offering all delegates the below three options if you need to change or cancel your registration for any reason up to 7 days before the event.
- Transfer the full value of your registration fee to a colleague
- Change to a credit note to attend any MCI Australia events in the future
- Cancel your registration and receive a full refund
If within 7 days prior you are unable to attend you are able to transfer the full value of your registration fee to a colleague
We reserve the right to defer the event to a new date, due to unforeseen circumstances. Your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. Should the new date not suit you, you can change or cancel your registration (please refer to Q2).
We will cancel your registration and give you a full refund.
