Born in the UK, Tracey emigrated to Darwin in 2007 before moving to Townsville North Queensland in 2011.

Beginning her Australian career with the Port of Townsville, Tracey harnessed her professional skills as a qualified accountant and led a number of senior positions across strategic planning, project and regional development. In her 10 years with the Port, Tracey was fundamental in delivering the organisations first major strategic vision as Manager of Strategy and Sustainability. The Port Vision 2050 took emerging business opportunities from concept to business case delivery, through identification and analysis of market opportunities for trade and diversification of revenue. In her role with Townsville Enterprise, Tracey brings these highly strategic skills to support the burgeoning renewables industry as a key member of the North Queensland Hydrogen Consortium.
