Thomas is a Senior Hydrogen Consultant for DNV advising on the energy transition and the opportunities and challenges of hydrogen. Joining DNV in 2022 his background is in policy development, regulation and programme management with experience in the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining DNV Thomas directed the UK gas networks’ strategic decarbonisation project ‘Gas Goes Green’, managing safety evidence demonstration and coordinating the network hydrogen trials. He previously worked in the biomethane sector advising on green gas generation incentives, accreditation, and policy.
Thomas holds a Masters in international law and a PhD in sustainability and environmental ethics.
