Roger has over 30 years experience in design, integration and project delivery in Defence, Toll systems and Rail. After 9 years as Aurizon’s Chief Engineer, Roger leads Aurizon’s Fleet Decarbonisation Programme. The Programme includes the development and testing of zero emission prototypes, technical research and emission reduction projects targeted to have immediate impact on our operational emission intensity. Roger has throughout his career been part of or lead multi-disciplinary specialists to achieve project oriented goals utilising new technologies. As a Fellow of both Engineers Australia and IMechE he actively encourages engineers to set and achieve their career and personal aspirations.
