Leisa Elder is an energy industry executive with Board experience in decarbonisation and ESG risks and opportunities. She is a Director of National Energy Resources Australia and has been a member of the Executive Leadership teams of Arrow Energy (owned jointly by Shell and PetroChina) and Santos over the last 14 years. With experience in private and public sectors across three continents, she brings a fresh approach to risk management and a unique insight into Australia’s energy market challenges, social trends, corporate culture and the regulatory environment in the transition to a sustainable energy future. Leisa is an Adjunct Professor with University of Queensland and former board Director of the Queensland Resources Council.
